Free shipping to domestic parcels has been discontinued, due to several missing parcels. Standard Parcel domestic post is now avaliable, with tracking included.

There are still delivery delays to all international destinations because of the impacts of COVID-19, including due to airline capacity and in-country delivery impacts. Economy Air international delivery services has resumed for parcels to New Zealand, Hong Kong, China and the United Kingdom.

Due to global shipping delays as a result of Covid19 worldwide, please allow an additional 2 weeks on top of estimated shipping times. Additionally all international shipping has been upgraded to international standard post, which includes tracking.
I'm very sorry that I cannot offer refunds for items that are delayed or missing due to these slowdowns. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. 

Origin of Shipment

Processing Time
All orders are packed within 1-3 days of the order being received. It can take up to 3-5 days from the time of your purchase to be picked up by Australia Post and/or Sendle. 

Shipping Methods
This store uses Australia Post and/or Sendle to ship out orders. 

In the case of a package being delayed or missing, I cannot attempt to locate or track the package, and cannot offer a warranty, refund, replacement or any form of compensation. If you would like to track your packages, please select express post for domestic orders, or standard parcel for international orders.

These are estimated delivery times of Australia Post and/or Sendle. 

Standard (no Tracking)          2-10 working days
Express (Tracking inc.)*            1-3 working days

Standard Parcel (Tracking inc.)**          6-10 working days

Orders can be sent as a gift. Please leave a gift note in the "Add a note to your order" section in your cart before checkout and I will include that as well as hide pricing information on the packing slip of the purchase. 

Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted. Please read item descriptions carefully before making a purchase. 

Returned Packages
If a package is returned, I will attempt to contact you, reconfirm your delivery details and resend the package. In some cases you may be required to cover the additional delivery costs for resending the package. If I do not hear back from you within a week, the order will be cancelled. If less than 30 days have passed since I have initially shipped the order, you will be eligible for a refund.
